Founded in 2018, CLEaR Nexus, Inc. was originally established to provide guidance, space, and resources for collaboration among learners, educators, and researchers. Post-Covid, we recognized the growing need for collaboration in combating the housing crisis by working with multiple partners to preventing eviction and homelessness through legal assistance, education, and innovative solutions.

Our organization provides no-cost legal assistance to low-income tenants facing eviction, helping them navigate complex legal processes and defend their rights. With a strong team of legal experts, social workers, and community advocates, CLEaR Nexus, Inc. handles numerous cases each year, with a remarkable success rate in preventing displacement and ensuring that families can remain in their homes.

In addition to legal services, we are deeply committed to education and outreach. We conduct workshops and seminars aimed at educating tenants about their rights and responsibilities, reaching hundreds of individuals annually.
